You’ll begin to notice how your body responds to your daily experiences. These subtle (and sometimes loud) signals help you discern what feels life-giving and aligned, and what leaves you drained or disconnected.

The key — and sometimes the challenge — is learning to discern what your body is truly telling you. Once you begin to recognize these signals, everything becomes clearer. Decisions feel easier. Your confidence grows. You start to move through life with more purpose and peace.
