Today we begin with something foundational—but often overlooked: awareness of your inner state.
Your body is constantly responding to your environment. Sometimes you feel calm and grounded, other times tense, scattered, or disconnected—and you might not even realize it until your body sends a louder message.
This check-in is a simple way to begin recognizing the patterns of balance and imbalance in your day-to-day experience. You’re not judging or fixing anything—just noticing.
