One-Month Coaching Agreement

Container Details

• 4 x weekly 1:1 somatic coaching sessions
• Sessions are 60-90 minutes each and conducted via Zoom
• All sessions are to be used within 35 days of the first scheduled session

Session Scheduling

Sessions will ideally occur at a regular weekly time, and we’ll work together with flexibility if any rescheduling is needed along the way.

Support Between Sessions

• Full Voxer support is included throughout the container
• Support is available Monday–Thursday with responses within 24 hours
• Friday–Sunday responses will be within 48 hours
• This support includes integration, reflection, and coaching touchpoints to maintain momentum and alignment between sessions

 Payment Terms

• Total Investment: $497 USD Paid Upfront.
• No refunds are available once payment has been made, as this space is being energetically held and committed upon purchase

Client Responsibility

• Client is responsible for attending all 4 sessions within the 1-month timeframe.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.

Coach Responsibility

• Coach agrees to hold the container with professionalism, presence, and full confidentiality
• If unforeseen circumstances arise on the Coach’s end, any owed sessions will be honored or rescheduled in mutual agreement

Agreement

By checking the box and submitting payment, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
