I first learned meditation on my own, the hard way! Over the years I have accepted help from multiple teachers and grew a passion to also give the gift of meditation to others. As a woman who has experienced multiple major life realignments, I credit a daily meditation practice with my continuous growth. I believe in being kind to ourselves, cultivating self-acceptance, and eventually self-love. I have over 15 years of mindfulness and compassion meditation experience with a certification from The Path, a world-renowned certificate program. I continue to deepen my meditation practice by attending workshops and retreats every year.
